Our presenter is Jonathan A. Scales, principal and shareholder with Adviant, a human resources consulting firm. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in financial planning and financial services from Baylor University, and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Houston.

He has extensive HR experience in executive and employee compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.  His industry experience includes manufacturing, health care, consumer products, oil and gas, technology, transportation, and telecommunications.  His work history also includes personal financial planning, auditing, accounting, finance, and taxation.

Jonathan is a member of the Tristate Human Resources Association.  He is married to his lovely wife, Charlotte and they have 3 daughters.
